In late 2005, the Accredited Seller Agency Council (ASAC), owned and operated by the Kennedy Center for Real Estate Education, Inc., merged with the Seller Agency Council (SAC), owned and operated by the RealtyUŽ Group, Inc. These seller agency councils were arguably the largest two seller agency councils in the nation, and after merging the best of each into one new council, the new Seller Agency Council, Inc. is the premier leader in seller agency education and the proud managers or the sought-after ASRŽ designation.
