ASRŪ Certifies Its 100th Instructor

ALISO VIEJO, CA, March 22, 2005 Never before has the interest for a new course in real estate been as large as the long anticipated arrival of the new ASR® (Accredited Seller Representative®) seller agency program and designation. The Seller Agency Council, Inc., managers and owners of seller agency course, announced that within 60 days of the launch of the course’s 2006 update it just completed certification of its 100th instructor. According to Stefan Swanepoel, Chairman of the Seller Agency Council, “The return to ‘focusing’ on improving the skills to work with seller has really caught on with agents across the country.  With the strong distinction between buyer and seller representation it is necessary for agents to be equally well qualified in professionally serving both sides of the transaction,” he said.

 “The Accredited Seller Agency Council has expanded rapidly in the past four months since its merger with RealtyU®, the nation’s largest real estate educator,” says Joe Kennedy, Chief Operating Officer of the Seller Agency Council.  “The involvement by the RealtyU® Network of Schools has opened up over 200 campuses across the country as venues for the delivery of the ASR® program while various REALTOR® Associations across the country have requested ASR® courses to be provided for their members.”

According to Kennedy, ASR® instructors are all very experienced, have undergone Seller Agency tutelage and instructor certification and are committed to share the wealth of knowledge and information contained in this 2-day course with as many agents as need be.  ASR® instructors are committed to train agents in delivering to today's seller, true "value added services. They understand and bring to the classroom the critical elements of Seller Agency and the major impact it will have on the quality of representation to the seller.
