before has the interest for a new course in real estate been
as large as the long anticipated arrival of the new ASR® (Accredited Seller
Representative®) seller agency program and designation. The Seller Agency

60 days of the launch of the course’s 2006 update it just completed certification
of its 100th instructor. According to Stefan Swanepoel, Chairman of the Seller
